Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Injections
This is a monthly membership and includes a visit, plus 4 shots a month (one a week), weigh-ins, food review, vital signs, and BMI. If you are going on vacation we can give you a shot or two to go.

SEMAGLUTIDE: $400 - $500 depending on dosage
$400 a month for 4 shots. This is one shot a week at a dosage of 25- 50 mg. ($100 per shot)
$450 a month for 4 shots. This is one shot a week at a dosage of 1 mg. ($112 per shot)

$500 a month for 4 shots. This is one shot a week at a dosage of 1.5 to 2.5 mg. ($125 per shot)
​
Maintenance Dosing 0.25-0.5 mg. This includes 1 shot every 2 weeks for 8 weeks $400 for 2 months.

TIRZEPATIDE: $900-$1200 depending on dose.
$900 a month for 4 shots. This is one shot a week at a dosage of 2.5 - 5 mg.

$1100 a month for 4 shots. This is one shot a week at a dosage of 7.5 to 10 mg.

No extra consultation fee is necessary in the clinic.
