$150 - Rapid testing and/or sick & urgent visit + any additional labs or services.

$​200 - Annual exam, well visit exam, multiple issues + any additional labs or services.​

TELEMEDICINE VISIT:  $200 includes a telemedicine visit, consults, lab/chart reviews, referrals, lab order, and medications the same day. 

 

Medications, Vitamins, Hormones prescriptions:  You pay for your own medications at your pharmacy of choice.

We can submit your insurance card to LabCorp or send you to any lab you desire for any labs however, the venipuncture and specimen handling fees must be paid in the clinic at the time of service.
