We have officially purchased 310 Elk ave in Crested Butte.
We will be moving all med-spa, personal services, retail & aesthetics to:
310 Elk Ave in Dec 2024
This will not affect the Gunnison or Crested Butte location and medical services. Fusion & Sopris Health Clinic will continue to provide medical servcies at: 419 6th St Suite 202 (above the Alpineer).
Services include: gynecology. annual exams. sick visits. sports physicals. medication refills. rapid testing. hormone replacement therapy & pellets.
The Gunnison location will continue to provide medical, aesthetics, IV hydration, weight loss & oxygen.
Our new location at 310 Elk Ave will have a new name and brand. Our new name is Society. Think of it as a merge where wellness & beauty integrate. You will continue to have the same amazing healthcare providers, cosmetologists, estheticians and wellness consultants taking care of your needs at all locations.
You can continue to book your services online thru this website for all locations. Either way you will be scheduled at the appropriate place and get multiple reminders on the correct location.

We can see patients for Gynecology, STD evaluations, hormone replacement therapy, minor illnesses, sick visits, rapid testing, aesthetics, skincare, pregnancy testing, birth control, Covid-19 testing, Flu testing, Strep testing, UTI's and more. Our team consists of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Registered Nurses and Cosmotologist/Estheticians. ​
